About Our Coaching

My Coaching Approach is based on your chosen health markers improvement emphasizing enjoying nutritional food that is right for you.  I help you learn tools to make it simple to eat real food.  Lifestyle improvements in activity, sleep and healthier stress responses are equally emphasized.  You get help with overcoming your biggest nutrition challenges including reducing or even quitting processed (junk) food and sugar, help with meal planning and kitchen reset and current evidence based resources to help keep you motivated.  We start with where you are now to where you want to be, step-by-step, scaled to your degree of being ready, willing and able. You’ll set realistic goals, progress and next steps weekly.  I help you be accountable and stay on track.

Health is a currency we can improve by building better habits from consistent daily actions.  Even small changes add up big overtime.  Ever hear of the 1% rule?  Doing one thing daily just 1% better leads to up a 37% improvement over a year.  Ever hear of Hofstadter’s law? “It always takes longer than you expect, even when you take into account Hofstadter’s law.”  Our world is fast paced, we distract so easily.  It’s hard to go slow and consistent!  But that is how it is done.  Coaching, and support from others can make an enormous difference.  I help you tap into your strengths to guide you toward your nutrition and fitness goals.

Make healthy living part of who you are.  We are living longer and have more choice about healthy aging than we realize.  Health optimization is a choice that requires regular effort and practice.  Making even small improvements in your health can have a positive effect including harm reduction practices.
